Method of use:
For children- 1 teaspoon in a glass of water once a day.
For adults- start by taking 1 teaspoon of the product in a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach. You can gradually increase the dose until you reach two equal tablespoons with a glass of water. The product can be taken continuously.
